ALBANY, N.Y. — Anthony Carter, age 18, has been charged with three charges of attempted murder in the second degree and one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree by the Albany Police Department.
An arrest was made as a result of an inquiry into a shooting incident that took place on Orange Street on March 17, during which an inhabited vehicle was targeted by gunfire.
According to the findings of the investigation conducted by the police, Carter fired multiple bullets from a 9mm handgun at a vehicle. There were three other people on board. There were no reports of any injuries.
Carter appeared before the Albany City Criminal Court and was subsequently remanded to the custody of the Albany County Jail.
