batman‘s Zoë Kravitz has landed her next lead movie role in new heist thriller The Sundance Kid Might Have Some Regrets.
The upcoming movie, which Kravitz is also set to produce, is based on Leyna Krow’s short story of the same name and centers around a pair of bank-robbing twins, one with superpowers and one without.
One twin, Maggie, can use her telekinesis and super strength to help with the heists. Her sister de ella serves as the narrator of the story and head of the operation.
But when their latest venture ends up going wrong, Maggie begins to second-guess the life that she and her sister lead.

Earlier this year, Kravitz starred as Catwoman in Matt Reeves’ batman alongside Robert Pattinson in the titular role.
While speaking with DigitalSpy Back in February, the Caped Crusader himself shared that he was glad to have Kravitz’s support during their screen test together.

“Luckily, I’ve known Zoë for about 10 or 11 years,” he told us. “So even on her screen test of her, I was still thinking, ‘I could get fired at any moment’, but just knowing she’s not going to judge me too harshly as I figure out the character was kind of a relief. That helped .”
Kravitz also starred in the 2022 thriller Kimi side by side Riverdale‘s Robin Givens. Directed by Steven Soderbergh and written and produced by David Koepp, the film is set during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The actress starred as Angela Childs, an agoraphobic young tech worker living in Seattle amid the virus.
